Delivery Information

ZQRacing provides FREE/Flat Rate shipping options to most areas in Australia.

Free standard shipping option available for orders over $300. Where an $59 flat Shipping Rate applies to some regional areas.

Use shipping calculator or simply entry your address at check-out for shipping costs and options.

Delivery Methods:

We deliver using TNT, Toll IPEC, Australia Post and where appropriate other carriers. In all circumstances you will receive an email once the item is dispatched advising of the carrier and your parcel’s tracking details.

If you don’t receive email confirmations, check “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folders before contact us.

We cannot deliver chairs to Post office, PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers expect for some remote regional areas. So please Double-Check with your local Post Office or provide a residential or business address to prevent delivery delays.

If you using Afterpay or other Buy Now Pay Later options, the item will be shipped right after you placed the order, even if you didn’t pay anything yet.


Typical Transit Time:

Standard Service:  Metro Area: QLD, NSW, ACT: 2-5 business days; VIC: 4-7 business days; TAS, SA, WA: 6-14 business days. For NT and Regional areas, usually add 2-4 days.

Express Service:  Metro Area: QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC: 1-3 business days; TAS, SA, WA: 2-7 business days. For NT and Regional areas usually add 1-3 days.

Delivery time are normally weekdays between 8am-5:30pm local time and will Not require your Signature, Alternatively you can advise in “order note” for your deliveries to be made with signature or to be collect from your local courier Facility.

In case of delay in transit, please contact courier using tracking info in the dispatch notice email.  In most cases, they will be able to solve the problem. If you’d like us to help with any shipping problem, please contact us on support@zqracing.com.au, and we will do our utmost to help.


Delivery Options:

You are asked to choose one of the following service options when you check-out your order:

  1. Standard Shipping: Most economy option, NO Signature Required unless otherwise instructed, normally be a safe-drop if unattended. You will need to pick it up from your local Courier/Post facility if unable to deliver.
  2. Express Shipping: Prioritised handling and fast shipping option. NO Signature Required unless instructed, safe-drop if unattended.  You will need to pick it up from your local Courier/Post facility if unable to deliver.
  3. Local Pick Up: Only available for customers from Greater Brisbane Region. You will be contacted by us via Email once your items are ready. Address is 1/30 Collinsvale st, Rocklea QLD 4106, Please contact 07 3373 8841 if any question.

For business, parcels will be left at Reception/Receiving. For residences, normally be left at the front of the property where is out of the weather.  You can provide further instruction in “order note” if applicable. Please note we do NOT cover any damage or loss after drop-off.

If you have any special delivery instructions (Preferred Drop spot, Signature on delivery, Pickup from Courier facility). Please write them in ‘order note’.


For Pre-Orders, the estimated dispatch date is normally stated in product title as [ETA (Date)]. You will receive email notification at the time your order dispatches. You could contact us to change your order to available stock anytime for immediate dispatch, Or we could fully refund if you decided not to wait.


International Shipping:

International shipping is available to a number of couturiers from AU$350, please checkout with your delivery address and your order will be shipped as International Air Express.

COVID-19 Update:

We will be continuing to dispatch all online orders. Please be aware that we have suspended “Signature on Delivery” for all orders.
