ZQRacing provides free shipping to most areas in Australia for any chair purchased.

But if you order Chairs from the areas below, minimum of $59 shipping charge may apply to cover extra costs.

Delivery Methods:

We deliver using TNT, Toll IPEC, Hunter Express and where appropriate other carriers. In all circumstances you will receive an email once the item is dispatched advising of the carrier and your parcel’s tracking number.

If you don’t receive email confirmations, check “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folders before contact us.

We cannot deliver chairs to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. The box is beyond the maximum weight Auspost could handle, so please provide a residential or business address as well as your best contact phone number to prevent delivery delays.

Item will not ship until payment had been received in full. For some credit card depend on issuer, it may take several days to clear the payment. However if you using Afterpay Or Zippay, the item will be shipped right after you placed the order, even if you didn’t pay anything yet.


Typical Transit Time:

Metro Area: QLD, NSW: 1-3 business days; ACT, VIC, TAS: 2-4 business days; SA, WA, NT: 5-8 business days. For Non-metro areas, usually add 1-3 days.

Delivery time are usually weekdays between 8am-5:30pm local time, unfortunately we can’t deliver at specific times, nor on weekends. Alternatively you can advise for your deliveries to be made without a signature or collect from your local depot.

In case of delay in transit, please contact courier using tracking info in the dispatch notice email.  In most cases, they will be able to solve the problem and delivery within 15 days, much less to most areas. If you’d like us to help with any shipping problem, please contact us on sales@zqracing.com.au, and we will do our utmost to resolve the issues.


Delivery Options:

You are asked to choose one of the below service options when you check-out your order: All shipping options are covered by Transit Insurance now!

  1. Standard with Safe Drop: Choose this option to give Authority to Leave. Generally, a free-standing property which is set back from the street is best suited. Parcels will only be left at the front of the property in a place that is not visible from the street and is out of the weather. If such places can’t be found, driver will take the parcels back and leave a card instead. You can provide further instruction in “order note” if applicable. Please note Transit insurance does NOT cover any damage or loss after drop-off.
  2. Standard with Signature: Choose this option if someone will be there to sign for the delivery and the address is easily accessible to the driver. Otherwise parcels will be taken back to local Courier Depots (Post offices for accessory) and a “Sorry We missed you card” will be left at your address. You can contact courier to arrange pick up from the local depot based on information on the card for free.  Or Redeliver and Local redirect service are available on our website for $25, please follow the link for details.
  3. Pick Up from Local Courier Depot: Choose this option if no one will be there to sign, and you don’t want it to be left without signature. You will get an Email/Text from us once parcel reaches your local Courier Depot, You can contact courier to arrange pick up with information provided.
  4. Delivery by Appointment: Recommended for addresses with limited accessibility. Multiple-Unit Addresses such as senior living facilities and apartment complexes. And Gated Communities such as subdivisions with a gated entry. By choosing this option, Courier will give you a call to arrange a specific delivery date and time. The driver will give you a call on the way to make sure you are ready. Even if you missed some calls or become unavailable due to an incident, and hence missed a delivery, a second attempt delivery is Free of Extra Charge.
  5. Warehouse Pick Up, Assembly and After hour delivery Options are only available for customers from SEQ postcode: 4000…4299; 4300-4306; 4500-4565. You will be contacted by us via Phone and Email once your items are ready. Our warehouse location is 1/30 Collinsvale st, Rocklea QLD 4106, Please contact office on 07 3373 8841 before you go.

If you find difficult to select delivery options on some mobile devices, leave a note in ‘order note’ and we will do as you instructed.


For Pre-Orders, the estimated dispatch date is stated in product title as [Back on (Date)]. You will receive email notification if delivery date changes, and at the time your order dispatches. You could contact us to change your order to available stock at same price anytime for immediate dispatch if you decided not to wait.

For accessories and parts, $8.99 flat rate shipping apply to orders under $99. Free shipping for orders over $99 or as additional items added to a chair order.


International Shipping:

International shipping is available to a number of couturiers for AU$350, please checkout with your delivery address and your order will be shipped as International Air Express.
